We will mail your bar code labels to you directly to save you time. Deadline to sign up Sunday, February 8 by 7:00pm CST to ensure delivery prior to the start of Check-In starting on Sunday, February 15, 2026.
Early Barcode Label Pickup Thursday, February 12 from 4:30PM - 6:00PM (OUTSIDE Rosewood Home & Baby). Enter all items and close out your batch list by 7pm Wednesday, Feburary 11 to have your barcode labels printed and ready for pickup on Thursday.
Early Barcode Label Pickup Saturday, Feburary 14 from 10:00AM - 11:30AM (OUTSIDE of Rosewood Home & Baby). Enter all items and close out your batch list by 7pm Friday, Feburary 13 to have your barcode labels ready for pickup on Saturday.
Consignors bring their items to the store for inspection to ensure quality and season appropriateness. After inspection, consignors are responsible for placing their items on the sales floor. If they want the Rhea Lana Guarantee, they must complete in-store check-in. This process is more time-consuming compared to the Drop & Go option.
Drop and Go is our quickest consignor check-in option. Consignors enjoy the convenience of staying in their car while dropping off items. Our team handles the quality inspection and places items on the sales floor. All items must be pre-labeled, and consignors waive the Rhea Lana Guarantee when choosing this option.
