Please fill out the following form if you would like your barcode labels mailed to you. DO NOT complete this form until you have FINISHED entering your items and your labels are ready for printing. The last day to request your barcode labels via USPS mailing is Sunday, September 7 by 11:59pm CST to ensure delivery prior to the start of Check-In on Sunday, September 14 *This is at the consignor's expense and a flat $7 fee will be deducted from your consignor check.
